Bloxtone’s Integrated Building Services approach coordinates service routes, openings, and connection locations during design and manufacturing planning. Electrical conduits, plumbing and drainage pathways, HVAC routes, and other service provisions are considered alongside the concrete structure before casting. This early coordination is intended to reduce unnecessary cutting and field adjustments while preparing modules for connections during site assembly. Final fixtures, appliances, and finishes are completed separately.
